Description
The cladding was done using the modern fiber-reinforced cement panels. The colors were chosen like clothing, by mix-and-match. Terracotta, white and graphite shades are the main colors of this residential complex. Instead of dark entrances, the houses are equipped with waiting areas with high ceilings and panoramic windows. The halls look high-end with the micro-cement and brushed steel finishes.
The main attraction of the neighborhoods is a long pedestrian boulevard with a walking path. In addition to being a good photo spot, the boulevard provides residents with a quick and safe route to the nearest Stakhanovskaya metro station.
Phase 3 was commissioned October 2020.
The five buildings account for about 67,500 square meters, which include 746 apartments and a number of commercial spaces located on the first floor. The architects designed houses of different heights - two buildings with 9 floors, two towers with 23 floors and one 19-storey building.
These buildings were equipped with DX PRO V and DX PRO MINI multi-systems, KENTATSU split systems.
