Description

A new milkshake production line at the Manros-M plant of Wimm-Bill-Dann, part of the PepsiCo group, was launched in the spring of 2015. Manros-M is one of the largest and fastest growing PepsiCo companies in Siberia. It produces a wide range of dairy and juice products.

A large-scale project was implemented to modernize and increase the factory's production capacity. In addition to the new line, the equipment for improving the microclimate in the main production building was installed.

In Omsk with the assistance of Daiichi representative office, 14 Kentatsu KRFM roof air conditioners (fully operational monoblocks) with a total capacity of 980 kW were installed. * Their design allows for their installation outside the building, saving usable space and significantly reducing the indoor noise. Rooftop air conditioner fans generate enough external static pressure to deploy a small network of air-ducts for uniform air conditioning of one large space or several adjacent rooms. The KRFM refrigeration circuit has no detachable connections, which prevents refrigerant contamination or leakage. It guarantees stable long-term operation free of malfunction and loss of performance.
