Advanced rotation algorithms
The systems use rotation both of outdoor units in com[b]ination and of compressors within a unit. This makes for even wear and tear on subsystems, which significantly extends the total service life.

Maximum energy efficiency in heat recovery mode
Heat recovery systems can simultaneously cool and heat different groups of spaces due to the use of specialist KMS-Y units to redirect refrigerant flows as per user preferences. The EER ratio can then be as high as 7.8, which is significantly higher than that of heat pump systems.
